General description of the collection: The American Expeditionary Force - Siberia papers include material by Corporal Nick Hociota (Hochee), 27th U.S. Infantry Regiment, concerning service in Siberia: two remiscences by him, one by Sergeant Joseph B. Longuevan, 31st U.S. Infantry Regiment; one by Sergeant Sam Richardson, Medical Corps; a letter from Lieutenant Rodney S. Sprigg, Replacement Battalion, to his wife, Vladivostok, March 3, 1919; two reminiscences of Captain Adlai C. Young, 27th U.S. Infantry Regiment, one also including an account of his WWII service on Bataan and in Mongolia. Other items include a 1942 roster of veterans of the Siberia operation, the "Bulletin" of the veterans' association for 1968 and 1969, and a brochure and seven letters concerning the association's fiftieth anniversary meeting in Los Angeles in 1968.
